Healtree began as Dr. Jayam Memorial Hospital and has grown into a multi-speciality centre for the Neelankarai and ECR community.

Our story

Healtree Multi-Speciality Centre & Hospital was founded in 2009 in honour of the late Dr. S. Jayam, a distinguished neonatologist. As Dr. Jayam Memorial Hospital, it built a reputation for newborn, child and women's health, caring for more than 150,000 children and 50,000 women over the years.

To meet the wider needs of the community, the hospital expanded into a multi-speciality centre, adding General Medicine, General & Laparoscopic Surgery, Orthopaedics, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Nephrology, Dermatology and more, while keeping women's and children's health at its core.

Healtree Multi-Speciality Centre & Hospital, also known as HMC Hospital, is on East Coast Road in Neelankarai, Chennai, and is open 24 hours a day.

Today, Healtree combines advanced medical expertise with genuine compassion, backed by a 24/7 emergency department, adult ICU, NICU and PICU.
